New victim

Im Mila, taking xanax a month and 10 days, few days the highest was 1.5 mg, otherwise not more than 1mg.and im experiecing akathisia.along with difficult breathing and heavy muscles. Anyone the same?

Glad you’re here for information and support.  Benzodiazepines are meant for very short term use and you’re about at the limit of recommended use.  Sounds like it’s starting to cause problems for you.
