Extreme Tinnatus and hearing so muffled after neck spasm Monday?

Have had some tinnitus long time, not sure cause and effect, but tried to take less clon, tad less ambien, up valium .25 to cover.

Ear is roaring... but all sounds is muffled?  Anyone had anything like this?

I also had a bad muscle spasm left side of neck, back down to shoulder on Monday.  Hurt so much... 2 days of that and now this.

 

Any thoughts?  Thx

Well the really horrible hearing abated... back to the regular chroni tinnatus!

 

And neck uncramped, recramped... think that is like the shoulder blade spasm have had... part of the whole thing.

I get neck spams also. I have tried warm salt water gargle and it seems to help. Especially when I feel like i'm chocking to death

 

I have a violent chronic cough now... do you have that?  Been going on for years but now worse.  And then I cannot talk.

Hi ,Sorry your tinitus has increased .

I have had hearing problems for 20 years and wear hearing aids but not all the time . I have suffered tinitus for as far as I can remember and there i got so used to it I dont know its there UNTIL I tapered and quit diazepam when my tinitus has also went off the scale . I try not to let it bother me and try to ignore it and hope that in time it will settle as I heal and I think the same will happen with you .
