Looking for much need help

Hello, Very happy to have found this group. I am in my first week of benzos withdrawl. I was prescribed 4mg of Clonazepam & 2mg of Alprazolam. Been on them for approximately 20 years. Thank you for accepting me as I need to learn what I can do to get off of them. My mail order service shorted me 1 month supply so I'm forced to get off them.
