I need of a pain med for acute back pain. will it ruin my 5 weeks of C/t'd benzo

I have to take a pain pill tonight due to acute back pain. How will this affect my c/t's off of valium, 3 weeks off. 1 Any advice?

For me the two seem to mask the symptoms of each other quite well, so there is the potential for a bit of a “trap” there.. longer term, they didnt play well together for me...

History may complicate it a bit, in the sense of revisiting a past (perhaps problematic) med, so I would be reluctant to try and predict the potential effects, esp. for the longer term...

I guess were it me, and pain needed some control, I would take whats needed with the aim of minimising doses and time on med... -In essence, Practical caution with consideration to ones fragility at this point in time (post benzo WD)...

It’s unlikely to cause any problems except anxiety about it. Glad you got some relief!

Does THC edibles help with c/t'd wd? Does it help with all of the nasty effects of wd? I can't seem to sleep, relax, or calm my muscles. Anybody have any experience with THC and wd?
