[Kh...]
5 months off and I can’t take it. Does it improve? Any helpful hints?
[BG...]
It goes away in time. For me, mine were so bad at one point that I couldn't sleep. So I switched from sleeping in a bed, which seemed to intensify the internal tremors, to sleeping on a pallet on the floor. I did this for about 6 months. The only other things that seemed to help were walking around the park a few times a week and, aside from work and family concerns, resting & reading as much as humanly possible. I still have the occasional panic attack, which is nothing new (I've been having them here and there since high school), but meditation and breathing exercises, in addition to walking regularly, help me somewhat there. Good luck to you.
[so...]
Time is the only thing that healed my akathisia. This resolves on its own. Sofa
[Sh...]
I had it pretty bad. I took Buspar for 5 months and it lessened the symptoms. It’s easy to quit taking - no withdrawal.

[St...]
I’ll be done with month 5 tomorrow. I still get this, but not as bad as when I jumped. I just walk, walk, walk. It’s a horrible feeling, but it eventually goes away. I hate it most when I get it at work. People think I’m nuts pacing around the building.
