Moved

I am 5 months off after 2 1/2 year taper of xanax .5mg 3 times a day. Prescribed for 30 years.

 

Any suggestions on how to cope? Was prescribed propanolol 10mg twice a day but doesn't seem to help.

 

Will this nightmare ever end? So hard to do this every day.

I was just telling my friend the same thing. I've got all this horrible negative energy. And I was asleep for two hours last night before I popped awake. Finally fell a sleep for a few minutes and had a horrible dream that someone was holding me down and wouldn't let me up... and that I couldn't breathe. I've been told this nightmare does end. I just doesn't feel like it.
