Need a taper plan

Is it recommended to use a compounding pharmacy for tapering .5 Klonopin and 7.5 Ambien?

And how much of each would be recommended and for how long?  Thank you.

A few people have used compounding pharmacies.  It's a bit expensive for most folks, and making your own 'compounds' (by weighing or diluting) is pretty easy.

I'd say that the same general strategy applies.  A slow taper with small, occasional reductions in dosage.  The rate varies with each individual.  Slow down your tapering rate if symptoms get nasty.  Resume when you are ready.  Take it nice and slow so you can avoid updosing.
