Is this even a taper plan?

Hello, so I'm am in a bit of a pickle. My doctor switched me from 2 mg of ativan to 5mg of valium about a month ago. Well I called her freaking out cause I went into complete withdrawals. She said take 1/2 mg of ativan for 7 to 10. Then do 1/4 mg for 7 to 10 days. While I'm taking the 5 mg if valium and waiting for it to build up. And then I figure I will start tapering the valium at some point. I has to start 10 mg of prozac and 75 mg of seroquel to sleep. I don't feel real well I figured I hit tolerance probley like 10 to 12 months ago and just figured out my problem was the ativan I was prescribed for sleep was no longer working. I have been on and off ad's, benzos, adderall you name it all my life. Now I just want to get off the benzo then try to get off the other stuff after that. Also does sleep ever come back? Tia
