To those close or who have healed... does benzo gut go away?

I have packed on 12 kilos, and want to know this (from 71kg to 82kg).

If you have stopped taking benzos for 2 years or so, does benzo belly go away, or does it stick around?

It becomes a pain in the ar$e and all my size 32 clothes no longer fit...

Benzo belly usually referring to bloating and looking like 5 months pregnant,not caused by abdominal fat.

You could try to be in calorice deficit to loose some extra kg.

Do you mean a strict low-calorie diet, like greens, fruits and vegetables?
