[Oc...] Posted October 1, 2019 Share Posted October 1, 2019 I’ve heard that 5htp is bad. What about L-tryptophan? I was sleeping fine and functioning ok on antidepressants, but after getting off them, seeing if I could live without them, my insomnia and depression returned a year later. So my doctor prescribed various antidepressants, non of which I could tolerate, as they all caused bad anxiety. So I tried L-tryptophan. It did help with the insomnia and depression, but the anxiety got worse. Why am I having a problem taking antidepressants or L-tryptophan? Is Klonopin the problem.
