Acid reflux and weight loss since being benzo free 21

I am on day 21 of being Ativan free and it’s been so so difficult.  I have such terrible acid reflux all day long to the point where I throw up or I just can’t eat. My doctor wants me to take all kinds of medications but being newly off Ativan I won’t sow anything that will impact my withdrawal process.  I did take Pepcid for two days but it heightened my anxiety.  My heart was racing and I was highly agitated. Pepcid is also an antihistamine.  I don’t know what I can do naturally for acid reflux but I have most six pounds so far. I am scared and never had such acid before. My anxiety is so high because of this. Any advice would be wonderful!  Also how long does this last?
