Does anyone take this to help w/sx through w/d? Do you take before bed?

Is AMAZING for my social anxiety.  Wish I would have found it before the clonazepam. However, I can only take 5mg early morning or I get restless leg at night. 5mg when I wake up when I have to speak in public works great

Does it help sleep through the night without racing heart and thoughts?

I take 10mg at night for relentless adrenaline surges, it doesn't help with sleep but it does block the adrenaline surges that cause a racing heart most times. I've had no problems with it.
