Running water sensation in head

It feels like running water inside head, it lasts in just a few seconds.

Does anyone else have this? I still get it on and off and it often occurs during migraine /headache

Can this be related to muscle tensions?

I don't know what it's related to Camelia but the 'feel' of water seems to occur (sometimes) in benzo withdrawal.

I felt that rain was falling on my head when it wasn't raining.  Also my arms.

It is a common symptom of a migraine. I assume its nerve related, but who cares, I hate it.

I had that before benzos, when I had migraines, so it did not scare me..
