PLEASE HELP! Klonopin to Valium back Klonopin? In early w/d

Looking for help, I just spent 200$ to see a "benzo specialist" who thinks I should transition back to Klonopin as I was transitioned to fast this past July from Klonopin to Liquid Valium to continue my taper (see history below) as the Valium has been making me feel sick and I am in w/d and tolerance. Has anyone done this with no issues and did you up dose, or stay at the same low dose even though you already in withdrawal, I am sleeping an hour per night or less, waking in sweats, tremors, rapid heart beats and feeling very ill and do not know what to do?

(  After being put on and off multiple meds, and c/t off most of them after no results, I restarted previous prescribed Klonopin, which was not helping after a month, so I quickly reducing .75 mg K to .5o k, then switched from .50 K to .25k and 5 mg V for 1 week and then dropped k and did 8 mg of V and started 1 mg taper per 7 to 10 days, tapered it down to 6mg for 2 weeks, then 5 mg, up dosed back to 6 mg and held the past 2 weeks while experiencing multiple symptoms and have been feeling awful!!  )

I have a hard time switching directly from clonazepam to diazepam myself. I slowly replace small amounts of clonazepam for diazepam. I'm planning on tapering again soon but with the RC version of diazepam. I do not recommend this. You could get scammed or someone will sell you something strong then the next batch be extremely weak or inconsistent. I can't afford diazepam for the taper and I feel comfortable enough tapering with RC's. Again it's not something I recommend but like I told another person some of us that took klonopin for so many years just can't make the the switch to valium. So slowly substitute then taper. You can leave a small amount of klonopin during most of your taper but I would try to keep at 1/4 or less of the mix.

Im sorry I'm terrible with math. Luckily my other half is great with it and is helping come up with a schedule and chart. I plan on slowly switching to Valium but not completely. Either 1/4 be Klonopin at least but I really wanna try to see if I can feel comfortable with less. Ive never done it like this but I am going to assume I will if it ends up being 1/4 that I will take 1/8 at night and 1/8 in the morning. Try to substitute the least amount as possible and you can divide that into morning and night then only take your night time dose. Everyone's different. If you substitute too much it might set you back too. Wish I knew more but this is new concept to me and Im definitely gonna give it a try since I as well do not do well straight switching to Valium.
