What can I do for this type of anxiety?
« on: September 03, 2019, 05:37:18 pm »
See my signature for my journey so far.  Over a month ago, I drank a few nights in a row and sent myself into a massive wave.  During this time I took a couple rescue doses of klonapin.  Iím not doing that anymore.

Iíve been waiting for this wave to subside but itís getting worse.  Almost everything I do causes me to be over stimulated and my heart to pound and my chest tightens up.  Then my stomach will start making noises.  Nighttime is horrible, I canít sleep for a lot of the night and wake up in a panic.  Iíve tried Unisom to help me sleep and can get a couple hours but that is it.

Has anyone felt like this before?  How do I get through this?  Iíve been giving it time but itís getting worse.  This isnít even in my taper so I canít see an end.
