Try kale juice for BZD taper!

I have been experimenting with drinks to take during our BZD taper, and without a doubt, kale juice is the way to go (for me). I had a drink of kale juice mix, and it immediately bought me out from a horrible "wave"!

Also, try to overhaul your diet too.

There's YouFoodz in Australia who do healthy boxed meals. They are usually low in sugars and sodium and are quite good for you. I'm trying a very strict diet to get off Valium once and for all.
