Does benzo belly ever go away? Does exercise/diet help it?

Just wondering if the "benzo belly" goes down after tapering.

Even after doing abs exercises, makes no difference.

Makes me look six months pregnant.

Vigorous cardio helps for me. Also avoiding carbohydrates.

The next day, it will be 80.5kg.

Benzo withdrawal is quite odd indeed.

hey crowman, I found cardio also very helpful to manage my benzobelly

I try not to lay down in any machine (like the femoral one) because it presses my abdomen and it feels horrible.

abs don't help me at all
