LITHIUM - help please with excessive diarrhea and urination

This is the short version but I’m very concerned I’m being very seriously depleted by ridiculous diarrhea and urination (definitely more than I’m drinking) while handling month 7 off of benzos.

How do you address it / stay healthy / keep yourself from getting worse? I’ve been on 900mg lithium almost 4 years and want to come off but feel like I need more stability from withdrawal first.

Also curious if you find these symptoms are triggered or come randomly. Even with major healthy dietary change this is still happening (though no longer daily.)

I need help and reassurance badly. Thank you.
