Finally have been sleeping a little for the last few days but I feel worse :[

  I have been sleeping on and off for the last week and def getting more sleep than I have been getting for the last tow months but it seems that the nights that I get some decent sleep, like last night, I wake up and feel terrible the next day. Do any of you have this kind of experience?

On the rare occasion that I sleep six plus hours, I get up feeling positive, but I typically have a headache and the good feeling slowly disappears.  As the morning progresses, I start feeling exhausted and it continues until I go to bed. My guess is that I have gotten used to functioning on so little sleep, my body doesn't know how to handle more. After a good night's sleep, I will go right back to almost no sleep the following night, then slowly work back up to my "normal" four hours.

Maybe one day this will change for the better.
