What I needed to hear

Hello,

I saw this quote that I thought was perfect. It said " Your worst days in recovery will always be better than your best days in relapse." Sending positivity and strength to everyone!

I wish there was a "like" function on threads lol. 

Most days I want to give encouragement or thanks to a post like this, but don't have much energy to type something.

Came across this again the other day:
