Reaching out to people that are 16 months off

What kind of symptoms do you still have at 16 months off have you gotten better and have you gotten worse just wondering. I have gotten better and someways but I fall into a wave again and again I know things will get better over time but I just need some feedback from people that been off 16 months please advise on your symptoms  at 16 months off
