My Introduction- Tapering Xanax

Hello, I am new to the form and currently tapering .50 mg of xanax. Just here to look through posts to compare my situation to others. I’m struggling with physical symptoms.

A careful taper of around 10% cuts every couple of weeks is generally what’s recommended for tapering in order to keep symptoms to a minimum. Here’s a link to,our taper board for more help,with that:  General Taper Plans
