[JJ...] Posted August 20, 2019 Share Posted August 20, 2019 I just did a hold for a week. Big mistake. Worst week in ages. I think I prefer when I’m cutting. It’s hard to explain but I feel better when I can feel the side effects more and know I’m getting lower, as opposed to the subtle creep of tolerance and getting nowhere. I can’t imagine doing month long holds.. I’d lose it. Cannot deny it though, going to work is difficult in this state Just gritting my teeth and getting it done. Nearly there!!!!
