Insomnia Has Returned

Insomnia is back at 17 months. I was sleeping pretty good from months 11 to like month 16 but it's back worse than ever since my family moved. You pair this with the anger and intrusive thoughts I was already feeling, I'm now in hell day and night with no breaks. How can this still be withdrawal?

Boom same here my all symptoms are coming back including insomnia and fears. I am 21 months off already! Even I can't believe it. I was sleeping whole year normally now same here!

I'm thinking of getting on medication again. I can't live like this for another year. I have to start a new job soon.

I'm sorry you are still struggling, Lexsant. I know most people I was chatting with when I started on this forum have moved on with their lives, some better and some not. It shows you how long this has gone on for me. I know you were here when this all started for me. What symptoms are you still experiencing?

I used melatonin and it worked for me.

 

it was called Circadin 2mg. I used half a tablet 1hr before I wanted to get to sleep.
