Been on Benzos for a decade. Time to take my life back.

I've been on Clonazepam 0.5 mg for over 10 years now. Side effects like gut problems and concentration issues have slowly become worse.

It reached a point where I cannot have proper focus or think straight through. I'm well into tapering and now taking about 0.2 mg daily.

I've questions about getting over general benzo side effects and of withdrawal too. Hopefully I'll find all answers on BenzoBuddies. Thanks.
