[Tr...]
Hi, every morning is awful, most afternoons things improve and the evenings are the " best" part of my day. And then it's time to take my poison pills again... Does anyone else have this? Shouldn't that be the other way around?
[bu...]
Then re-arrange your schedule to match yout sxs. If you have more anxiety in the morning, then increase your morning dose. There are natural physiological processes that increase the level of stimulatory hormones and bio-chemicals in the morning.
[Tr...]
Thanks for your suggestion, Builder. It's not only the anxiety that's worse in the morning, there's also nausea. At the moment I take all of my tablets before bedtime. Gives me six hours of sleep. I took a small part of the dose in the morning for a couple of times last week. But felt even worse. So stopped doing that. Maybe I should give it some more time to adjust? Hope it' ll do the trick.
