Year 1 of recovery

One year into recovery from a benzodiazepine addiction that has altered my life irreparably and for the worst. I hope to find solace and answers through fellowship with others that share this misfortune.

I hope you've been able to read through the Ashton Manual and can understand more about where you stand after your taper.  Could you add your dose of benzo to your signature page as well as the term you took the drug?  That would help so much in understanding your situation a bit better.  It's a section under "Profile".

 

I hope you are feeling a bit better since your last post.
