[Ca...]
I know this topic has been posted on a lot but I’m still needing some reassurance. Has anyone experienced rhythmic brain buzzing as you’re waking up from a dream? Mine pulses it regularly as if it is squirting hormones from a gland. It’s usually accompanied by a stressful dream with a burning in the muscles and arms. And as soon as I open my eyes it stops. Anybody experienced this rhythmic buzzing as they are waking up? It feels like it relates to cortisol or something..... is this withdrawal? I wake up all night long. Even more than when I was tapering... will this nightmare ever end?? [Jo...]
Yes I have. I think it comes from excessive tightening of the neck and shoulders, sending the muscles almost into spasm and restricting blood flow. Sometimes I hear my pulse in my ears, too.
