Xanax .5 3X dayfor a couple of years, a few weeks off with no WD in March 2019 and daily for the last 5 months. CT 8 days ago. Bad insomnia, primary hyperhidrosis of hands and feet, anxiety, and weird stomach. Polydrug Percocet 5/325 4X for pain in between hip replacements.

I am glad you found us!  I know its scary, sorry you are suffering. Stopping benzodiazepines abruptly can bring on some very severe symptoms.  You could possibly reinstate and do a slow taper off, it might help to alleviate the symptoms.  In general it’s advised to cut your daily dose by somewhere between 5% and 10% every 10 - 14 days.  Symptoms will ease eventually but It can take quite a long time for the CNS to recover. You will find some very valuable support and information on the forum.  Feel free to browse the boards and post questions to any of the dedicated threads.
