I take Chlorpromazine and Clonidine

im currently weening off Clonidine as ive built up a tolerance. I take Chlorpromazine and its the ONLY medicine that allows me to get any sleep otherwise I wouldn’t even get more than micro naps to keep me alive. when i was in hospital back in March i didnt sleep for 4 days until they force fed me Lorazepam then I was knocked out but I refused to take another type of benzo again so they introduced the anti psychotic. i know how bad they are. should i just taper off them and hold my valium taper. so far ive stabilizer after holding my dose for 2 months and my only symptom is insomnia. i think its because Ive gone so long without a sleep aid my body cant sleep naturally
