Taurine for cortisol/adrenaline surges

I want to know if anyone has had any experience in using Taurine during their taper, and if so, does it help with cortisol or adrenaline surges?

This stuff helps me fall asleep. Taurine 500 mg by NOW. I have used it during the BZD taper, at bedtime only.

Good! Sounds like this is just what I need!

It's a natural product, so may try introducing it into my taper like you, and see what happens. Insomnia is a killer in this journey.
