Start Zoloft and Zyprexa while tapering Valium

Suggestions? I feel I have hot tolerance, not had over 3 to 4’hours tops sleep in over 7 months. Feel like I’m going crazy! Have been told by multiple doctors to go on Zoloft, and low dose zyprexa 2.5 for sleep while tapering the last of my 6 mg Valium that was previously tapering to fast after being switched from klonopin. Any suggestions welcome, don’t want to add
