Are myoclonic jerks seizures?

Hello dear community! Last night I had agitation and sometimes when that happens, I feel like I have electricity through my body, not super intense but still incomfortable, and then my body jerks and it this can repeat itself 20-30 times...are these seizures?

It can also happen during the day if I try to relax, but isn't that intense, just a few jerks!

Anyone who has informations? Thank you!

Merrymary, I have had something similar and do not believe I am having seizures. My jerks, typically with my legs/feet can last most of the night.

Not sure if I have the electricity, probably not if I don't know.

Maybe someone else on here can comment.
