Klonopin .25mg Liquid Taper Help

Hi guys!

I've been biting Klonopin .5mg's in half every other day or even every day for the past 8 months or so. I was prescribed PRN but ended up relying on them. I recently went a week and a half without taking one and I do notice mood swings and anxiety and derealization as well as eye floaters when I stop. I want to do a safe liquid taper and just never pick up a Benzo every again. The problem is I only have one more refill of Klonopin from my college psychiatrist since I graduated in May and cannot ask him for more refills. That means I have about 50 full .5mg pills to work with for the taper plus a bunch of random mg pieces that I've bitten off in a panic. Can someone please help me with a schedule to come off of .25mg with those 50 .5mg pills please. Thank you in advance it means the world. I am ready to feel like myself again and the first step is to face the real anxiety that exists past Benz's and the withdrawal. Thank you!
