I didn't do much better - 8 day rapid detox.  I hope you are doing OK. This is Acute. Your job is to survive by taking very good care of yourself.  Eat clean. Rest as much as possible.  Stay hydrated.  Let us know how you are doing.  Time heals.

Thanks,  just wish there was a little more positive encouragement on this site. It just seems like such a horror that so many people are going through with these  benzo withdrawals.

I did cold turkey and it’s almost 30 days. Is this really going to go on for months and months and years and years?? Ugh

I feel better and better each day

Everyone is different. Not everything is a horror story. Keep the faith. The first few months are the hardest in general. But I’m six weeks off and doing remarkably well so far. Something I certainly didn’t expect.

I got forced off in a month.

Unbelievable how bad I feel, all I can do is lie down but then I can’t even sleep.
