Does anyone know if using homeopathic products for sleep would be less problematic than actual herbs when it comes to triggering withdrawal again?  I’m 2 and 1/2 years out from lorazepam use, and sleep and my over-reactive CNS are my only lingering problems. I recently tried chamomile tea and phosphotydal serine, and both worked great for 3 nights, and then insomnia and minor withdrawal effects started. I thought maybe homeopathics might be safer since they’re so dilated? Any specific product recommendations greatly appreciated too!
