[...] Posted July 8, 2019 Share Posted July 8, 2019 Does anyone know if using homeopathic products for sleep would be less problematic than actual herbs when it comes to triggering withdrawal again? I’m 2 and 1/2 years out from lorazepam use, and sleep and my over-reactive CNS are my only lingering problems. I recently tried chamomile tea and phosphotydal serine, and both worked great for 3 nights, and then insomnia and minor withdrawal effects started.
