Finished 1 yr taper

Took it nice and easy as evidenced in my signature, mainly went slow as I'm living alone and an expat.

 

The cross over was ugh from Xanax to Valium but otherwise the entire year has been a breeze with regards to any side effects.

 

I lived pretty clean, very little alcohol, took supplements, exercised and meditated and I truly believe these helped a lot.

 

Onwards and upwards.

Congratulations! Keep up the good work. You are lucky that your dose was relatively low and for a shorter time than mine, as my taper and recovery from my jump is far stormier. Celebrate the rest of your life!
