19 months C/T Ativan 2 mg

June 7th I reached 19 months benzo free after going CT off of 2 mg Ativan NO TAPERING NO RESCUE DOSES!

I still live my life in fear that I’m gonna have a heart attack but I’ve had every heart test blood work done and have been told my hearts fine.

I’m way better now then where I was the first 5 months I was off! At 11 months I had my daughter and was set back into acute only I feel that I got hit 2x as hard then the first time! Idk what set me off! Could of it been the epidural? Idk anyways my current symptoms are sternum chest pain from day 1! Leg pain, low iron counts so now anemia never had problems before! Sugar spikes I’m not diabetic stomach issues don’t know what it it nothing showed up ( of course) and weight loss! Also just feel tired but I’m sure that’s from the anemia! I wish I was better I was sure at 18 months I would of felt at least 90% better ima say I’m about 65-70% best wishes guys don’t give up!
