Knee pain. Anyone else having joint pain?

Hi.  I started having slight knee pain ( left knee only) a few weeks ago.  For the last few days it has gotten much worse.  Has anyone else had pain in their joints?  I have never had any issues with my knees before this.

Runner, I had it for about a year while in tolerance withdrawal, during my taper, and for a while afterwards. I was terrified - thought I had developed arthritis at a young age. I had very restricted movement in the right knee - it was too painful for me to bend down.

 

It might have been an old injury flaring up, from inflammation caused by benzodiazepines. (I was a dancer and runner, too.) Joint pain is a common withdrawal symptom.

 

It has completely faded away now. My movement is better than ever. I'm sure it will go away for you, too, as you heal more.
