[Se...]
I had one of my best days yesterday. I had an appetite, I took my usual walk, did some things around the house that had been neglected for months...nothing huge. I even drove my car to the store to pick up a few items. I felt good!! I took my time and my actions weren’t strenuous. As quickly as it arrived, it left overnight. Why does this happen? Meds were the same, food was the same, nothing pressing mentally. Windows and waves. Yep. I’m back on the ocean. Anxious, queasy, paresthesia, dizzy, exhausted, and sick of being sick. 😣 💜

[Ma...]
Windows are wonderful and it is so disappointing when they end . Unfortunately, our healing isn't linear, but a window is a good sign, hold on to it
