Electric Shock from a sudden loud noise -

I hear a sudden loud noise, such as from a car back-fire and it is an immediate high voltage that strikes straight up the mid section, from abs to the head that is really painful. I live next to the fwy and there is quite a few 'shocks' starting early morning hours and is just that that I dread since I cannot control it and can't quite block it out. And it's not just traffic but could be a sudden snap you hear with the structure of the house or TV etc. When all else is quiet. The pain level is almost to the point I wonder how many it takes to cause cardiac arrest, especially since I had heart surgery 6 years ago. It's really that I'm ultra sensitive to stress. I think all it would take is on crack of a whip and I'd be done for!!

Even small unexpected sounds, like the crackling of a leaf underfoot would send a surge through my body. 

 

It's improved a lot.
