Keto Diet - Best Window Yet at 17 Months

Hi All, I know I owe this board a lot and I would like to celebrate here that I am having the best window yet! I started the keto diet and within 5 days it has done wonders for me; I have seen other stories here and much research in how it helps the brain. I have learned not to get my hopes up, but it feels right and I am happy. I hope somebody reads this and it helps at least one of you.

Im gonna start it next week. Ive heard other people, not on benzos, say how it helped with their cognitive function. Im gonna give it a try. I could stand to lose a few pounds anyway.
