Horsetail herb has small amounts of nicotine. I drink it as tea.
I started because it also has silica (which binds with heavy metals and escorts them out of the body) before I learned about the nicotine.
Seems like a good way to get the protective properties of nicotine and maybe avoid Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
