liquid tapering

Hello,

I was taking three quarter tablet a day from 0.5mg clonazepam and sometimes I took half a tablet day for a while depending how I felt, I was in between the two dosages all the time. I decided I want to get off and use liquid tapering

Will this hurt me somehow now that I was not always constant with my dosage? I did not realize at the time

Are can I start tapering from three quarter pill?

Get on a steady, daily dose, then you can start a liquid taper from whatever dose that is.

How long would I have to be on a steady dose before tapering?
