Diggin' This DLMT

I want to send out a "Thanks!" to the people in this community who have helped me understand DLMT and put it into practice. I'm only the first week in, but things are going very smoothly.

DLMT sounds scary and complicated, but it was not hard at all once I tried doing it. Like you, it's going well for me with fewer and less harsh side effects. I'm glad it's working for you! That's great news.

Today is day #77 for me and it has been great.  Not symptom free, but minimal.
