I have had anxiety but I have had it most my life but Im great right now. 4 years and counting. It was hard at first but your mind gets more clear everyday. I sleep great and I do still have fluttering in my chest but I think that has to do with my weight. Tampering was the way to go for me I did it very slow. It took almost 2 years to taper. Any questions message me. God Bless....
