Benzo belly symptoms?

Hi, anybody can explain how benzo belly is feels like and how to deal with the situation. I am going through multiple symptoms, it’s like wave coming and going:

* breathing difficulties.

* pain in shoulder, limbs, chest, neck etc.

* sensation in jaw and teeth.

* headache and sharp pain.

* weakness

* bloated belly, gas

* blurred vision 

Etc.

The symptoms you’re describing are all very common during benzo withdrawal and recovery, but they do fade over time.

The Ashton Manual provides information that can be useful during any stage of withdrawal and recovery, and includes a list of common symptoms with helpful explanations.

For those who are currently tapering, a starting guideline is that the dosage not be reduced faster than by 5-10% every 10-14 days, although some taper even more slowly than that. One exception: very short-term users of a few weeks or less may be able to taper somewhat faster.

Hi Indro and welcome. There are all Sx's that I have also except the headaches. What benzo are you trying to detox? How much are you on?
