Hey all. I'm writing this in the middle of the night. First time I've done this in a long time. I went to a functional doctor last week and started taking fish oil and a probiotic. The fish oil has vitamin e in it too. It seems like my sleep has gotten worse again, so much so that I haven't even fallen asleep tonight. I feel like this is how I felt in acute as far as sleep deprivation goes and I'm 13 months off everything. I'm so scared that this whole process is just starting over again. Should I quit taking the supplements? Please help me.

Has anybody experienced sleep setbacks as a result of taking a probiotic or fish oil? Again, the fish oil has vitamin e in it also.
