How lomg for effect sof cut(s) to wear off?

I realise this is a bit like asking "how long is a piece of string?" but I was wondering what a ballpark figure might be for, say, a 3-4% cut?

And am even wondering whether some historic big cuts - 37.5% in 3.5  months - that I made over three years ago could still be affecting my CNS? The final cut of that speel sent me into serious s/x for nine months.
