Reinstate and stabilize, if that's an option. Then slow down. Or were you forced CT? Either way, I know that hell, personally. I've finally learned my lesson and I'm going to DLMT no matter what my ignorant Dr's think. Listen to your body, probably not part of your training. I get that too.
